Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases made through HelloEmas are final and are non-refundable.
Once an order or payment has been successfully completed, the customer is generally not entitled to request a refund due to change of mind, incorrect selection, failure to use the service, or any other reason not covered by applicable law or expressly approved by Hyper Byte Sdn Bhd.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.

For physical goods purchased through HelloEmas, orders will generally be processed and dispatched within seven (7) business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
The seven (7) business day period refers to the time required by Hyper Byte Sdn Bhd to prepare and dispatch the goods. It does not necessarily represent the delivery time by the courier or postal service.
Once the goods have been dispatched, the estimated delivery time for physical gold is approximately seven (7) days. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For digital gold purchases, the purchased digital gold is expected to be credited to the customer’s HelloEmas account within approximately five (5) minutes after successful payment confirmation. The actual crediting time may vary due to payment processing, system maintenance, verification procedures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where tracking information is available, Hyper Byte Sdn Bhd may provide the relevant tracking information to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including name, address, telephone number and other information reasonably required for delivery.
Hyper Byte Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
While we aim to dispatch orders within seven (7) business days, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, public holidays, natural disasters, regulatory requirements or other unforeseen events.
